To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in "as shipped" condition and require an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. To obtain your RMA# call Technical Support at 1-800-FOR-ANUS (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm ET) and ask for an RMA#.
